Weird problem with Lync 2013 client and 2010 FE server. Using Outlook 2010 SP1 with all updates I think on Windows 7. Lync client is 2013 version. Everything works OK but when I click on the Messages icon and it displays all my recent and past IM's, I don't see them all which I guess if fine. Thing is, when I click on View More in Outlook....on the bottom of the page, nothing happens. No errors, no popups. I would expect it to go into the Conversation History folder in Outlook and display all my saved IM's. Configuration looks fine. Mapi says OK. EWS says OK. Since there is no error, its difficult to troubleshoot this. Any ideas on where to start? Is this a setting somehwere in Exchange or Lync? Maybe a bug with the 2013 client?

Hi, It looks like an 'interoperability' bug :) because the same has happened to me with one of my clients where the only wave 15 product they were using was Lync 2013 client. Rest was all 2010 including outlook 2010. When I used Outlook 2013 for one of the test users, it worked fine. It was left like that and  didn't / couldn't pursue it further to be honest.

Please try to remove Lync client, profile and registry key of lync and reinstall it to test the issue.
